Mahendra Memorial Academy Duhabi Sunsari, often referred to as MMA, is a profitable English Medium School under the Company Act of Nepal. It is located in Duahbi Sunsari Koshi Province, 13 kilometres north of Biratnagar and 12 kilometers south of Itahari. It is named after the king, the name and memory of Late King Mahendra.
MMM is a private, coeducational, college-preparatory day school serving nearly 2000 students in grades Nursery through twelve. Recognized and approved by the Education Ministry of Nepal and Private and Boarding School’s Association of Nepal, seeks academic excellence and strives to form the society, minds, and hearts, of its students in the likeness of common culture and civilization of Nepal. It is situated on an 8 kattha of land in prime location; the school provides a rigorous liberal arts curriculum with challenging school preparatory, honors, and Advanced Placement classes utilizing both coeducational (high school), multi-gender instruction and primary with pre primary children.
